I have a passion for empowering people toward wellness and helping them to thrive. I have helped individuals of all ages experiencing a wide range of issues including depression/anxiety, boundary setting, marital stress, self esteem, grief/loss, trauma, difficulty coping with change, and managing the daily stress of life.

Together we will focus on what is working in your life and build upon those areas as you begin to let go of what is no longer serving you. We will identify goals together and will work collaboratively to help you achieve what is most important to you.

My clients would describe me as someone they quickly and easily feel comfortable talking with. I create an environment in which they can speak freely without judgement. My clients also describe me as "down to earth" while maintaining professionalism. I think it is important to be authentic in making a connection and building trust.
