I use a variety of engaging and real. I use play-based activities that include music, journaling, expressive art, and psychodrama to connect, interventions, and educate.

I approach this work with a tremendous amount of patience, hope, and therapeutic interventions. I can not wait to being our work together.

I have worked in education and counseling for over twenty years. I have experienced, personally and professionally, how school issues impact the family system.

I am the parent of two neurodiverse teens. I know the joys and challenges of navigating the complexity of parenting and growing up in this ever-changing world.
