Therapy with me is about naming the problems in your life, differentiating this problem from you as a person, and identifying strengths and resources you already have and can further develop to overcome them. I use an eclectic therapy style, pulling strategies from a many treatments. I often lean on my expertise in Narrative and Person-Centered practices.

We will focus on building up the connections that are often missing in this fragmented, isolating world. Connection to community, loved ones, and the sense of peace and purpose that everyone deserves. I hope to help you strengthen those connections.

The most common feedback I get from clients is that they feel seen, heard, and understood when talking to me. That always feels good. One of my other favorite things to hear is, "I can do that!" after we come up with a strategy or idea. Having people be able to leave my office and feel a little less lost on what to do next is is a joy.
