I'm extremely intuitive and eclectic in my approach. I like to help you become more stable in your symptoms initially, and then dig into what is really causing your pain from the emotional trauma that has been sitting there piling up over the years.

We're going to unpack and overcome anxious overwhelm, intrusive thoughts that affect your mood, understanding your emotions and learning to listen to them, and eradicate the emotional energy stuck in your body that is causing your chronic issues.
