I believe that everyone already possesses the tools needed to accomplish their goals. My role is to help you access those tools, refine them, and learn how to apply them in different contexts. My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy and I integrate other approaches as needed. I frequently lean into psychodynamic, feminist, and polyvagal approaches.

Together we will explore the barriers that are keeping you stuck and getting in the way of living authentically. We will identify strategies to help you hone your unique strengths to achieve your goals, enhance your relationships, and feel confident.

My clients would describe me as genuine, compassionate, approachable, and knowledgeable. I am comfortable providing direct feedback, offering different perspectives, and pointing out patterns.

I specialize in working with codependency in relationships, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ communities, couples, ENM/poly communities, and people who identify as "minimizers" or "turtles" who are ready to come out of their shells.

Throughout my life, I have found therapy to be a useful tool in navigating the up's and down's of life as well as deconstructing old patterns, building self-awareness, and accessing my authentic self. I became a therapist so I could support other people in shedding messages and patterns that are no longer working and celebrating their unique identities.

I offer individual counseling and couples/relationship counseling. For couples/relationship counseling, I utilize Imago Relationship Therapy and Attachment Theory to help you break out of old cycles, strengthen communication, and deepen your connection.
