Therapy with me looks like real conversations with zero judgment. You don’t need to have your shit together to get here-come as you are. We’ll laugh, swear, cry, and figure out what’s actually getting in your way; without pretending life isn’t messy. My approach focuses on being a human with you and getting you to a better space and blossom.

We'll set meaningful goals together and work toward accomplishing them. I'll meet you where you are without judgment, whether you're feeling motivated, stuck, overwhelmed, or saying, "I have no clue where to fucking start." We'll work together to help you build the insight, skills, and confidence to get where you want to be.

My clients describe me as easy to talk to, relatable, like you're having a conversation with a real human, not someone hiding behind a clipboard. They'd probably say I swear a little too much. And that I genuinely care about them. I'll celebrate their wins, sit with them through the hard stuff, and challenge them when it helps them grow.

Offering both Walk & Talk therapy and Virtual/online therapy. Walk & Talk Therapy combines counseling with the benefits of movement and being outdoors. Many people find it easier to open up while walking vs sitting across from one another. Available year-round.
