Together, we will explore a variety of approaches to address the issues at hand. This might include evidence-based therapies or simply having an open conversation. Therapy doesn’t always have to be complicated—sometimes, all you need is someone to listen and talk things through.

I don’t typically discuss with patients how they perceive me, so this question is challenging. However, I know that generally, patients trust me and feel at ease. I prioritize unconditional positive regard and building strong rapport, which are essential for an effective therapeutic relationship.

While I don’t claim a specific specialty, I work effectively with individuals struggling with depression, trauma, stress, abuse, lack of motivation, and anxiety. I also have experience working with bipolar disorder and am comfortable supporting clients with this diagnosis.

I became a therapist because I’ve been where you are and understand the importance of having someone to talk to. I’m deeply committed to supporting others, inspired by the gratitude I feel toward those who were there for me during my own journey.

I run an independent, online-only practice. I offer daytime availability, with limited openings in the evenings and on Saturdays. My goal is to make therapy as convenient and comfortable as possible for you.
