I work with many people who feel stuck, disconnected, or weighed down by the past. Some of my patients struggle with anxiety or people-pleasing. Others feel burned out, irritable, or numb; always caring for others while neglecting themselves. Whether it is trauma, relationships, anxiety, or a host of other concerns, we work together to move forward.

I'm a psychologist because connection is one of the most important components for healing. Change happens when we are seen. By understanding our stories, especially the painful parts, we transform how we live and love. Helping others reclaim their stories, find strength in their scars, and build authentic and whole lives is what drives me every day.
