I focus on the use of CBT so that my patient can change a negative pattern of thought that prevents joy. DBT is also utilized in therapy. Client-Centered is always a must in therapy in my opinion.

It is my responsibility to pay attention to the big picture- noting common themes that come up. Often concerns that we have present differently across different domains (work, home, etc.) but the emotional underpinnings and impact can be similar.
