I have spent the past 15 years working in intensive treatment settings (eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and related-disorders). I incorporate DBT, IFS-informed, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic approaches.

I use an eclectic style of theories and modalities to develop client-centered, realistic treatment plans. I never recommend unrealistic or unachievable treatments that don't align with your goals and vision for your ideal future.
