My primary approach to therapy is integrative and client centered. It is my strong belief that a therapeutic relationship can lead to insights and change.
practice mindfulness and create balance. We will work together to find tools that feel right for you to manage and eventually overcome your struggles. We will laugh, cry, explore and connect all to help you be the person you want to be.

I am collaborative, active, and nonjudgmental. My approach is based on your wants, goals and needs and will be tailored specifically for you. I prefer to be engaging rather than the traditional “blank slate” and do assign “homework” as appropriate.
