I enjoy working with a diverse population of individuals and couples.
We will experiment with new and helpful ways to respond to painful emotions, thoughts, and physical sensations. These new approaches can free you up to reconnect with what matters in your life, and build more fulfillment and meaning.

I value compassion, collaboration, contribution, and genuineness. I show up, remain active, and don’t take this work lightly. With care and understanding, I invite you to “dig in,” make change, and experiment with new ways of living.
Learn how codependency develops and how to manage it with healthy boundaries, how to embrace and love who we are even if others don’t, and how to cope with trauma triggers, build up your resiliency, and learn internal skills to promote healing.

I use mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and ACT frequently in sessions. I typically see my clients for 3 months-2 years and we get deep, real, and raw to start to heal. I'm not a therapist that is going to just sit back we are going to reveal, heal and prevail.
Have a conversation to explore your vision of the desired outcome you'd like to achieve from working on and resolving the issues that brought you to therapy, and what you'd like to achieve from our work together.

My approach to providing therapy is purpose-driven to broaden your vision and empower you with new perspectives and the tools to co-create with you the steps that will help you achieve your goals.
We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan of action to help you achieve them. I will teach you new skills that you can practice, and then we will decide if these skills are beneficial or if we should try something new.

My approach is collaborative and I work together with my client to find new solutions to their struggles. I do this through feedback in session, assigned activities, goal setting and accountability, but can I also just be here to listen.
