I take traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy (which focuses on changing thoughts and feelings) a step further by using schema therapy which identifies and challenges the beliefs or schema which produce the thoughts and feelings.

There's no growth in comfort and no comfort in growth. Sessions feel casual and supportive while challenging old ideas. I often provide psycho-education and help you apply them to your own experiences so it makes sense and is meaningful to you.
