My grief work supports processing of losses and the circumstances surrounding them and learning how to move forward. I also support non-death losses, such as childhood trauma, the loss of a job, the loss of safety, etc.
We will work together to identify your goals and develop a plan of action to help you achieve them. I will teach you new skills that you can practice, and then we will decide if these skills are beneficial or if we should try something new.

This is a group practice and we all have a casual, warm, comfy, easy going demeanor- sometimes we may even curse during sessions ;) We utilize evidence based interventions in a relaxed, Telehealth atmosphere. Leggings, dogs and babies are welcome!
