My approach is radical, out-of-the-box & anti-oppressive, while integrating a systemic perspective. We'll use creative & expressive arts, experiential practices, somatic approaches, EMDR techniques, nature-based work and more in our work together.

I am not the therapist who will just "umm hmm" and "How does that make you feel"...I'm much more direct than many therapists, though I will go at your pace. I am EMDR certified but I do not use EMDR with every client if it is not needed or desired.
