I utilize play therapy, drama therapy, sand tray and other creative modalities that focus on the connection of somatic and emotional experiences while also building coping skills and acceptance.

While my primary approach is narrative therapy I also incorporate Family Systems therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT). This combination of approaches allows for me to understand the relationships and influences in the client's life.
