I'm laid back and offer a nonjudgmental, safe environment to really listen and be there for you! I use a combination of talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, life coaching and positive therapy to help you make change.

I tend to be very collaborative and try to incorporate as much context into my treatment, as I know that situations for clients evolve during treatment. I am also a naturally curious therapist and spend time getting to know you before jumping in.
