I have specific training working with military families, and am licensed as an addiction specialist as well as a mental health counselor in multiple states. My focus is anxiety, depression, life changes, transitions, self worth and addiction.

I often use CBT, which I find to be the easiest to adapt to any issue you go through in life. I teach mindfulness exercises to help center clients in times of anger, anxiety or depression, and focus on self-care. Spiritual Counseling is available.
