I have spent the past 15 years working in intensive treatment settings (eating disorders, substance use disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression and related-disorders). I incorporate DBT, IFS-informed, polyvagal theory and psychodynamic approaches.

I do not pathologize clients symptoms from lived experiences. I do not diagnosis. To be truly trauma-informed one must accept diagnosis is pathologizing another's lived experience. I believe symptoms are evidence of the impact experiences have caused
