I treat anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, and trauma with a mind/body approach and EMDR which is proven to help heal wounds caused by trauma and anxious thoughts. I often use a positive psychology approach in order to help build confidence up.

My main approach is "Trauma-Focus" and I've been working for many years with people that have been victims of different types of traumatic events. I also love to use "Mindfulness" during the therapy sessions.
