In therapy, I utilize talk therapy with active listening and motivational interviewing (asking questions). This is mixed with identifying fun and new ways to overcome negative life situations and cope with stress and life transitions.

My approach is ideal for long-term health, preferring to do the deeper work often needed for holistic, lasting change rather than short fixes! I enjoy utilizing humor, and creative approaches to therapy, providing balance and support within our work.

Mindfulness is so helpful as people are learning more about themselves and improving their coping skills. It helps them engage more fully in life, moment by moment and make healthier choices rather than living in default mode.
