We will use traditional techniques such as CBT and psychodynamic work and integrate a holistic approach using body awareness, mindfulness and relaxation therapy. BRAINSPOTTING therapy provides deep healing and is quick, calm and efficient.

My approach to therapy is client centered and begins with a conversation to get to know you, your history, identities, struggles and strengths. Therapy begins as you are able to trust me and the process and honestly share your thoughts and feelings.
