My approach depends on your needs and what you're here for. I use a combination of approaches that best fit you but my usual approaches include CBT, Acceptance and Commitment, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

During the first session, we get to know each other. In future sessions, we will reflect on time since our last session (what worked or didn't work), new techniques to try, and we usually laugh. I sometimes give homework, depending on the needs.
