I specialized in CBT and REBT. In my last years I have worked with women who have suffered domestic violence as well as with older adults, helping them go through different circumstances that are difficult for their lives.

While I do make this a welcoming environment I will challenge my clients time to time. We all struggle with negative thoughts at times and I try to point these out when I see them in my clients. I give "homework" to practice outside of session.

I am very eclectic implementing a mix of psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and positive psychology techniques, I believe one approach does not work with all. I tailor-make treatment to meet the needs of each individual client or couple.
