My primary modality is person-centered therapy, meaning I will meet you wherever you are in your journey. I will point out potential harmful thoughts and patterns that could be hindering your growth, but my priority is making sure you feel heard.

I do not believe that therapy is “one size fits all” so I utilize different treatment approaches to assist clients in their healing journey, including Trauma Focused CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
