I am a certified trauma-sensitive therapist trained in several mind-body approaches that can help you gain new insights into your feelings and behaviors. Including, helping you with learning new skills to retrain your brain and cope with stress.

I use a holistic approach. I lsee how things are connected: from your current struggles, your dreams, your beliefs, your physical well-being, your relationships. From the whole picture, we address the root block in order to create transformation.
