My background is in both humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy. I incorporate CBT skills/techniques into therapy for clients to use as tools outside of sessions. CBT is an evidence-based practice that can be used to treat a wide range of issues

I use a process called Somatic Experiencing. This can help retrain your body's response to traumatic memories. I use Internal Family Systems and Brainspotting where I get to the root of the issues so you can take back control of your life
