I find myself leaning towards person centered, DBT and narrative therapy.
I ask about what a client's goals are in the first session, and let them know that if there is something we are doing/trying that isn't working for them, we can always change it and try something else.

I do quite a bit of work with trauma, depression and anxiety. I use CBT and TF-CBT. When I see a client in-office, I also use EMDR.
