I focus on my clients' needs, using empathy & a client-centered approach. With DBT skills under my belt, I enjoy teaching practical skills for tough situations. Plus, I use art therapy to add creativity and accessibility to my sessions.
Some goals we would work through together is my clients daily self care routine. Such as working out more, eating healthier, journaling, etc.. so that their needs become more confident and happy with themselves.

My counseling approach uses EMDR therapy and blends motivational interviewing, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy, DBT and ERP.
