Our practice is composed of therapists with varying approaches to therapy. We lean toward a holistic, somatic approach to therapy. Mindfulness is an important part of our practice. We also utilize CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic and many other modalities.

Utilizing a mixture of CBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing we will break down problems to get to the root of them. We will work on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, identifying irrational thoughts while identifying barriers to change.
