I strive to provide a safe, caring, supportive and healing space for each individual to pursue their goals. Therapy is conducted utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Gottman Couples Therapy and EMDR.
We will talk about what is most important to you, whether it is unresolved bad experiences in your past, your present relationships to self and others. to help you move forward towards your current life goals.

I use different modes of therapy depending on your individual needs, including traditional talk therapy, body-based Somatic Experiencing for PTSD, NARM for C-PTSD, and Jungian dream work. Together we will determine what works best for you.
