I am an integrative therapist, which means I work with both the mind and the body. I use somatic tools, movement and sensory awareness to help your system integrate unprocessed traumas, obstacles or blocks.

I have several psychotherapy techniques that I can use to help my clients reach their goals. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy are the primary techniques that may be used during a session.

I use EMDR which focuses on processing trauma so you can return to a state of resilience and health along with inner child work which helps you to develop compassion toward different parts of yourself to feel more content and secure from within.
