During your first visit, we will focus on the reason you came in, as well as what you are looking to get out of therapy. We will identify specific goals that will improve your quality of life and begin working on them.

My practice focuses on adults 18 years of age and older, and couples. My therapeutic approach is very goal oriented and practical. The primary treatment modality I use is CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and eclectic.
I guide clients in cultivating coping tools, self compassion, insight, and ultimately becoming one’s own friend. With gentleness, collaboration, and evidence based treatments, we can work together to get you back in alignment with your values.
