My approach is strength based and client focused. It is important to meet the client where they are and help them grow in the ways that they want. I utilize a combination of CBT, DBT, IFS and motivational interviewing.
Through a collaborative care model, I will provide support, knowledge, and guidance so that those I work with can address issues, resolve barriers, explore identity, and achieve growth.
