I use a variety of methods including psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My job is to follow my clients but also provide a gentle push to assist in their growth.

My approach is centered on you, my client. Depending on what brings you to therapy, together we will create a plan for moving forward. I use a combination of therapy approaches including CBT, Exposure, EMDR & others but is all focused on your needs.
