Let's talk!
I mold my therapeutic style based on the individual I'm working with. As an example, two people can have generalized anxiety and have it manifest in different ways. I like to meet you where you are and help you reach your individual goals.
Whatever you’re going through, I’ll be a compassionate listener who reframes the situation and so you can see it in a different, more positive, light.

My approach draws heavily from logotherapy, which promotes action toward finding life’s purpose. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapies to help clients.
I’ll collaborate with you to identify specific goals and guide the therapy space in the direction that best supports your needs.

I provide a space where you can recognize your value and feel empowered to take steps in their direction of progress, whatever that looks like for you.
I value your unique experiences and perspectives and create a safe space where empathy and understanding can thrive. Together, we will navigate your journey towards healing and growth. I look forward to embarking on this transformative path together!

As an empathetic, compassionate, and knowledgeable therapist, I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for clients to explore their concerns as their true and authentic selves.
My clients and I explore the ways thoughts, feelings, and behavior are connected. Sometimes we work on practical skills, and sometimes we do some self-exploration.

I would call my approach eclectic, reflective, and tailored. That means that I use whatever approach works, I am responsive to your feedback, and I change when you need it.
