My practice specializes in 2 areas, those who have experienced narcissistic abuse and also those who identify as adoptees and want to work on related trauma, such as enhancing sense of identity and other primal wounds.

You are in control during session, this is your time to use however you need to. I use an evidence based, person centered, trauma informed approach. We can move as quickly or slowly as you need to.
