My approach to therapy is to empathically meet my patients where they are at and through the therapeutic process assist you in achieving emotional relief. I utilize several theoretical approaches to therapy based on the needs of my patients.

Connection is key. I use a holistic (whole person), trauma-informed approach based in intersectional liberation feminism, radical psychology & harm-reduction. All my work is consent-based. I'm autism/ADHD/GSM affirming, sex positive, & body neutral.
