My "approach" is understanding that I can't expect you to expose the deepest, darkest, most vulnerable parts of yourself to me if I remain a complete stranger to you.
Work to develop a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your current stressors/issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life changes, attachment issues, co-dependency, etc.
