My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based where the unique elements of each individual's experience is a central focus. Your story is made up of many complexities that we will uncover and process as we work toward your goals.
We will discuss the areas of your life that are causing you distress to find the source of the problem, and create actionable steps to make lasting change in your life. My goal for each client is to help them live their best life, happy and healthy.

I search for the reason instead of treating the symptom. For example, when someone is seeking anger management, I do not only want to work on behavioral changes, but also find what is driving the anger in order to help them heal for lasting change.
