I am "parts driven" (Internal Family Systems approach). We operate within multiple systems -work, family, communities, school - that all have their own unique systemic influences. We each have internal qualities that help us navigate our world.
We will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you most need help with. We will then explore the topics that you want to cover during our work together. I use a holistic approach meaning I view you as a whole person on a journey.
