I am "parts driven" (Internal Family Systems approach). We operate within multiple systems -work, family, communities, school - that all have their own unique systemic influences. We each have internal qualities that help us navigate our world.
Reduce stress, improve relationships, and break away from survival strategies that interfere with quality of life. The therapeutic process will include understanding biological functions of anxiety and depression with focus on relationships.

My goals are to aid in experiencing the world in a new way by addressing deeply rooted emotional pain. Healing comes from the process of gaining awareness and breaking away from survival strategies that disrupt relationships and quality of life.

I utilize a variety of approaches such as EMDR, CBT, trauma informed goal setting therapy, and pain reprocessing therapy to help you resolve past trauma, stuck points, and reduce your anxiety . Burn out and compassion fatigue is very common as well.
We will discuss what brought you to therapy and what you most need help with. We will then explore the topics that you want to cover during our work together. I use a holistic approach meaning I view you as a whole person on a journey.

My wish is for my clients to leave therapy believing in the power of self-compassion, to have a variety of useful skills to use in day to day life, and to become clearer about the meaning they want out of their life.
Work on the struggles you are facing. I offer you a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings. Once we have determined your needs, we will collaboratively set goals to improve your situation.
