I treat anxiety and trauma with some of the newest mind-body techniques such as EMDR and Brainspotting, which retrains your brain and Dialectical Behavior Therapy where you will learn to regulate you emotions and communicate effectively.
Work to help you let go of old fears or conditioning that hold you back from feeling truly comfortable with yourself. We'll identify subtle sources of self-judgment that create suffering for you, and work to heal these on a deep level.
