I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling, pulling from different modalities and tailoring to fit each client's individual needs. I most often utilize Lifespan Integration, Sandtray Therapy, CBT, and DBT.

Together we will explore your strengths and goals, pull up roots from the past when healing is needed, and empower you in the present to handle life's challenges and live out life as the best version of you.
