About Me:

  • My clients describe me as:

Understanding, open minded, and compassionate. I'm easy to talk to and able to convey ACT techniques in a way that makes them practical.

  • Something to know about my approach is:

I practice ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) which takes a different route than other types of therapy. ACT helps clients learn what causes their struggles and how they can better deal with adversity, trauma, and change.

  • Together, we will:

Explore techniques and new ways of gaining mental and emotional discipline over anxiety, intrusive thoughts, and other issues that hold us back from feeling like our best selves. We will heal, grow, and learn how to attain inner peace.

  • I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with severe anxiety, depression, addiction, and past trauma. Also, those within the LGBTQ+ community, late diagnosed autistic women, and those going through addiction recovery.

  • I became a therapist because:

I feel it is my purpose to help guide people on a path of healing, self love, and self acceptance. I want to make a difference, like anyone else.

  • Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I can be flexible with tele-health and in person sessions, I have several clients that need to flip between them as their schedules dictate.
