I am passionate about working with young adults who feel the weight of anxiety and often experience immense pressure to keep others happy. Often times, they feel exhausted, neglect self-care, and have difficulty regulating their emotions.

My personal experience of the healing that can come from a safe & therapeutic environment has inspired me to create that for others, also.
