Explore what you would like to work on in therapy & create goals so you can get the most out of our time together. As an EMDR trained provider I will integrate bilateral stimulation as we find the coping skills that work best for you.

I specialize in working with people who:

I'm passionate when it comes to working with individuals who have experienced trauma and as a therapist I want to help shed light on how these experiences are impacting you in present day. Relationships are often affected, but we can find solutions.

I became a therapist because:

I initially worked in the foster care system & decided I wanted to work 1:1 with people who are experiencing hardship & find ways to help them cope.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I strictly offer Telehealth, taking clients for sessions in the states of Alabama, Florida, & Alaska.

More about me and my practice:

I work from my home & have two dogs (Cooper & Bella) that I've included pictures of in my profile. Therapy can be hard so I welcome my clients to have their own pets in the room during sessions to offer comfort & support.
