I incorporate various models such as trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing to name a few. I rely on biblical principles of healing, deliverance and recovery.

I became a therapist because:

Counseling is my passion and a purpose for me. I am an intercessor (empath). That means I can discern and feel what other people are feeling.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Both of my offices are located on church campuses which is always interesting to clients who may not share my faith. All are welcome. Come as you are!
