I bring a gentle and nonjudgmental style to our sessions together. I practice trauma-informed care and value safety, choice and empowerment.
Something to know about my approach is:
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and additional training in trauma therapy for individuals, including CBT, parts work, somatic experiencing, REBT and MBCT . I feel a well-rounded approach can help the most people.

I have experience working with diverse populations including individuals that are neurodivergent, and individuals with anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, trauma, sexual abuse, and severe mental illnesses.
