It's a holistic therapy approach, incorporating various techniques to suit your unique self best. I believe the answers and capacity to heal are already within you. I’m not one to tell you what to do; instead, we will walk to those answers together.

Build a positive, therapeutic relationship, understand where it is you want to go, and work together to get you there, whether it’s building a new relationship with yourself, finding healing from past toxic relationships, pressures, trauma, etc.

Are teens and adults seeking to reconnect with themselves so they can reach their full potential. These are the spaces I often serve: BIPOC communities, first-generation Latinas/Latinos, college students, Christians, trauma survivors, and athletes.

I became a therapist because:

I felt the calling to. I have been in various spaces with various backgrounds, and I felt a passion for helping others and supporting their healing.

It is flexible! Because services are via Telehealth, your physical space is anywhere you want it to be, where you feel the most secure and relaxed.
